Press

Heat Press (or Heat Transfer) technology utilizes high pressure and temperature to bond specialized films, vinyls, or digital transfers onto fabrics. This method is essential for team numbering, athletic names, and applying tagless neck labels with industrial precision.

Production Workflow

Phase 01

Digital Plotting

Artworks are precision-cut or printed onto carrier films.

Phase 02

Weeding & Prep

Excess material is removed by hand to reveal the sharp brand logo.

Phase 03

High-Pressure Bond

Pneumatic presses apply 60PSI of pressure to fuse the transfer into the fabric fibers.

Phase 04

Cool Peel

The carrier film is removed, leaving a crisp, zero-texture brand mark.

Key Advantages

Perfect for individual player names and numbers.
No setup cost for different designs within one batch.
