Primary Ink
High-solids plastisol (HD ink) — thick, low-bleed formulation
Durability
60+ washes; retains height and gloss with proper cure
Color Limit
Up to 4 colours per design (multiple passes per colour)
Recommended
Premium logos, monograms, clean typography, brand marks on hoodies, jackets, and tees
High
Density Printing
A raised, glossy print finish with sharp clean edges — denser and flatter than 3D puff print, giving logos a bold, structured look without the soft foam texture. High-density ink is applied in multiple passes to build a sculpted, embossed feel that stands proud of the fabric surface, delivering a premium tactile finish favoured by premium streetwear and sportswear brands.
Production Workflow
Phase 01
Design Preparation
"Bold design layers are prepared with thick outlines for structural support so the ink can hold its shape after curing.
Phase 02
High-Tension Screen Setup
A high-tension screen with a low mesh count is mounted onto the press — this allows more ink per pass and enables the raised build.
Phase 03
Multi-Pass Ink Application
HD ink is printed in multiple consecutive passes without flash-drying between layers, building height on the same screen.
Phase 04
Partial Flash Cure
The print is flash-cured just enough to lock height between layers without fully curing — keeping the structure intact.
Phase 05
Full Cure & Set
A final full-cure at controlled temperature permanently bonds the raised ink to the fabric, preserving the sculpted, glossy finish.
