Emboss

Technical Dossier
Embossing uses precision heat, pressure, and custom brass dies to raise your logo into the surface of leather, suede, denim, or heavy cotton. Unlike printed graphics that sit on top of the fabric, embossing physically lifts the design, creating a tactile, three-dimensional mark that catches light and feels premium to the touch. It is the definitive finish for luxury leather goods, heritage denim labels, and executive accessories where subtlety and permanence matter more than colour.
Production Protocol
Custom Die Engraving
Your vector logo is engraved onto a brass or magnesium die for repeated, consistent impressions.
Material Calibration
Heat, pressure, and dwell time are calibrated per material — leather, suede, and denim all respond differently.
Heat Press Impression
The die is pressed into the surface to raise the design, then cooled and inspected for depth consistency
Finishing & Quality Control
Optional foil, deboss, or blind-emboss finish applied, followed by QC on each unit for depth and clarity.
